The Soldier On Wellness Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support veterans in various aspects of their well-being. Leveraging the framework from the National Wellness Institute's Six Dimensions of Wellness, the program offers a holistic approach to improving veterans' physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational health. By focusing on a range of wellness areas, Soldier On is addressing the diverse needs of veterans and fostering a community that encourages personal growth, independence, and positive lifestyle changes.

The program offers support in the following key areas:
Diet Modification: Providing education and guidance on healthy eating habits to promote better physical health.
Hygiene Management: Teaching personal hygiene routines to improve overall health and confidence.
Sleep Hygiene: Offering tips and strategies for improving the quality of sleep.
Stretch & Flexibility: Encouraging physical activities that enhance flexibility and prevent injury.
Stress Management: Providing resources to help manage stress effectively and improve mental health.
Cardio/Exercise Recommendations: Encouraging regular cardiovascular activity to boost physical fitness and overall health.
Controllable Risk Factors: Helping individuals manage risk factors like weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
Managing Chronic Diseases: Offering guidance and support for veterans managing chronic health conditions.
Smoking Cessation Support/Suggestions: Providing strategies and support for quitting smoking and improving lung health.
