When I was enrolled into the Soldier On Rapid Re-housing Program in June 2023, I was residing at the Liberty House in Erie, PA due to being homeless and having a very minimal income.

Since being enrolled with Soldier On, I have secured permanent housing and have been in the same location for over three years. My income has increased as I’m 100% Service-Connected and also receive Social Security Disability. I was able to purchase a car with cash after receiving back pay from Service-Connected Disability. I now have money in savings.

I have been considering moving somewhere warm or purchasing a home but haven’t made any final decisions.   

My Soldier On SSVF Case Manager and Healthcare Navigator were great and very helpful!
